Grant applicants are strongly encouraged to carefully review the following information.

Applications for Funding from Fox Cities Morning Rotary Club
Must Address One of these Areas

 
  1. Community Service
    For example, literacy, environmental protection and enhancement, health improvement, concern for the aging, hunger, children and families, youth leadership and training, emphasis on self-help, or enhancing human/social development.
     
  2. Vocational Service
    For example, increasing employment opportunities, promoting fair work place environment, or awareness of and preparation for all useful occupations.
     
  3. International Service
    For example, promoting further understanding and friendly relations with other countries and cultures.

Application for Funding from Fox Cities Morning Rotary Club

Your grant application must include the following items.  Read our comprehensive grant application instructions before you fill out any forms to ensure that your grant application is complete and submitted correctly!
 
  • Fox Cities Morning Club Grant Application Cover Sheet (Part A)
  • Letter of Intent [no more than three (3) pages in length]
  • Project Budget [you must use this form]
  • Your organization's actual income and expense statement for the past fiscal year identifying the organization's principle sources of support
  • Your organization's projected income and expense budget and income and expense statement for the current fiscal year identifying projected and actual revenue sources

Additional Attachments

  • One copy of your organization's most recent audited or reviewed financial statement.
  • One copy of your organization's IRS federal tax exemption determination letter.

The Fox Cities Morning Rotary Club Grants Committee will accept applications until the third Friday in March for the Rotary year ending June 30.
